A threefold model for change

The Learn Change Adapt methodology ensures there are no secret barriers or fields of resistance to the flow of information, ideas and creative problem solving.

It works by initiating a focus on learning where each individual is located within the systems at play and the roles they perform. The required change can then be identified and adopted. The third phase, facilitates the normalisation of the change, guiding them toward adaptive behaviours and new outcomes.

I have a passion is fostering cultural change, to deliver meaningful and effective transformation for people and organisations.  I bring a range of skills in change strategy design and delivery, along with those of stakeholder engagement, communication, understanding and adapting to culture and supporting leaders of change.

My experience covers leadership development and advice, organisational change and strategy and has been gained working in nine countries and across 12 different sectors.
